MIKE McNAMARA

Born and raised in San Francisco, then moved to Japan to spend 7 years in a public Japanese elementary school, Mike speaks English and Japanese on native levels. Upon returning from Japan, he attended the University of California Irvine and double-majored in business economics and Japanese language and literature. After 5 years in the workforce, he formed Strangely Compelling Multimedia, Inc. — a localization, production and marketing agency — and has been building and expanding the company ever since. The feature-length documentary, “KAIZAN: Rhythm and Bamboo” will mark the first of many excellent quality films to come.
